They are amazing!!! They are angels sent from god. I was stuck in the middle of the intersection, called them and they stood on business. I didn’t get their names but they did a great job. Give these guys a raise!

The tower was quick getting to car address and started charging battery. That did not fix issue which seemed to be more electrical problem so he set up towing. He did a professional job getting my car on truck without help from the car since it was unable to be put in neutral. Communication was good. Very efficient and took the car to my Mercedes service building to get checked. Highly recommend Mike White- Bald Eagle Towing. Assistance appreciated. L.H.

Outstanding service, prompt response time! Dan the technician and the dispatch girl Yamar were both extremely knowledgeable about the process of utilizing the dolly system to safe lift and transport my 7000 lbs. SUV to Mercedes Benz. This is the 2nd time I've used Bald Eagle Towing & Recovery and found their services to be extremely consistent, efficient and reliable. I'd highly recommend them if you broken down in the Naples area!
