Law Enforcement Directed Tows / Impounds

Vehicles can only be released to the REGISTERED OWNER with the following:

USA / Florida Issued photo Identification

Proper Vehicle Registration and valid tag

Proof of Insurance

A licensed driver to remove the vehicle

Payment in Full by Cash, Money Order, Master Card, Visa, or American – Express.

*In Special cases, the vehicle may be released to someone other than the registered owner with a signed and notarized form. (download form below)
