Our equipment is maintained in a “like new” condition. Our regularly scheduled tow truck maintenance plan is designed to maximize safety and minimize down time. An extensive safety check and sign off procedure on each tow truck at the beginning of each shift. All tow trucks have been regularly maintained to project a clean, sharp and professional image. Tow operators uniforms are designed to convey our professional approach to providing tow truck services.

Employees are experienced, trained, certified professional tow truck operators. Each employee is required to attend safety meetings chaired by our CEO/Operations Manager. They are required [at company expense] to regularly attend tow truck certification, safety and training programs offered by the Florida Tow Truck Association (PWOF), Towing and Recovery Association of America (TRAA) , Sunshine State Towing Association, Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP2), Traffic Incident Management and other professional organizations.
